Following its online release in December, The Front Lines has attracted attention from industry publications and the local press. We've rounded up our top 5 mentions and listed them all in one place for you. Enjoy!
1. "Whistler skier Kai Smart making an impact on The Front Lines"
Pique Newsmagazine: Whistler News
David Song - January 5th 2023
The Pique's David Song interviewed TFL Director, Ethan Herman, and local star, Kai Smart, about their involvement in the film and the messages behind it. It's a discussion focussed around climate change and the most important lessons we, as skiers and snowboarders, can take from the film. We think it's a great article and well worth reading, thanks David.

After giving a short synopsis of the film and the main characters in it, Chris Dane German interviews TFL Director, Ethan Herman, about the foundation of Pangea, our goals as a company and the message we are trying to send in this, our first feature film. Ethan goes into detail about the company and gives advice to skiers and snowboarders looking to reduce their own impact.

3. Pangea Presents: The Front Lines In Association with FWT
Freeride World Tour
The Freeride World Tour website also starts with a short synopsis of the film before diving into an interview with FWT Athlete, FWT Sustainability Ambassador and star of The Front Lines, Michael Mawn.
Michael talks about the extreme climate events that have effected his local community and how he intends to reduce his impact in a responsible manner, so he can still enjoy the sport he loves, even if it means travelling internationally to compete. Michael discusses methods he uses to reduce his impact, such as car-pooling in North America and increasingly using transit when in Europe. He also mentions how he hopes to get more involved in supporting the electric car industry as it transitions from a niche market into the mainstream.
